Renovation work has begun on our Las Vegas area residential flip project. Key upgrades include full kitchen renovation, bathroom refresh, new flooring throughout, and exterior curb appeal improvements.
Target completion is Q2 2026, with listing expected to follow within 30 days of project completion. Market comps in the area remain strong.
